To help you fund your graduate studies, a number of financial aid sources exist. These include federal grants, Stafford loans, scholarship programs, private sources, and sometimes employer assistance programs. Explore all financing options so that you can properly determine which best suit your needs.

Refund Policy
A refund of tuition will depend upon the date of acceptance of the signed Registration
Add/Drop Form: by the One Stop Enrollment and Financial Services Office. A copy of the Add/Drop form is located in the Appendices. Students who wish to receive a full tuition refund for a course should withdraw from the course by the end of the business day on the census date applicable to the course(s) in which the student is enrolled. No refunds of tuition will be made after the end of the business day on the applicable census date. Exceptions to the refund policy may be granted only by the student’s academic dean. Generally, refunds of tuition after census date are made only in those cases where events affecting enrollment are nonrecurring, catastrophic, or life-threatening and beyond the student’s control. Documentation will be required.

The Census Dates may vary by course. Census Dates listed in the Registration Calendars are applicable only to courses with standard start and end dates.
